Susie's Deals #14 - Clothing Store in Temecula
David Lelevier. The team members realized one of the suspects matched the description of somebody who robbed the Best Western and other businesses throughout the county. Officers suspected the other man of being his accomplice in several of the robberies. They arrested the pair and took them to headquarters for questioning. They also served two search warrants and found two handguns and other evidence linking them to at least 19 commercial robberies in the region.
These robberies include 11 in Moreno Valley. Though these were the only robberies investigators accused the suspects of so far, more may turn up as the investigation continues, said sheriff's Cpl. Courtney Donowho.
Three robberies happened locally in the last two months. A Juice It Up! These robberies had much in common. In each case, a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s standing about 5 foot 8 and weighing about pounds wearing a black hooded sweater came in with his T-shirt pulled up over the lower half of his face. We have been here for the Halloween and Christmas holidays as well as other days. It's always a really good time for the kids.
Great place for children to learn about how science is an everyday thing. We had a five year old with us and there were plenty of activities for her. A few things may of been above her understanding, but it's a great place for children of all ages to think about the world we live in. The museum is closed during lunch hour and there are some programs that are given at certain times, I would suggest getting there at opening 10 AM or right after lunch at PM. There are plenty of things to do so you can plan on 2 hours of activity!
I took my 7-year old son to visit Pennypickle's Workshop. We had a fun time working our way through the attraction. There is so much to see and do, and we took our time to thoroughly enjoy our visit. There is a lot of hands-on activities and my son had a blast. There was also a gift shop with all sorts of unique items, we spent waaaay too much in there!
We had a very good time, I recommend a visit. Really creative and fun place for kids to explore and get some energy out.
Also had a great gift shop full of science-related toys and books. Luckily, this museum is located off a side street in downtown Temecula, so it is very easy to walk to, and once the kids are worn out, you could go shopping or find some food at one of the many family-friendly restaurants nearby. Easy and free covered parking is signposted about 2 minutes walk away.

It is a great place for children as it is so hands on. Nothing cannot be touched. The best thing I like about it as they close between each session and wipe down everything with a bleach solution.
I wish the fast food restaurants would do this. I won't let my grandchildren play in those as they are so filthy-do they ever clean them? Anyway, Pennypickle's has won a lot of awards and it is easy to see why. Very affordable 2 hours of fun. Check to be sure a school is not coming during the session open when you want to visit as they overrun the place. Lots of fun staff and activities for the children too.
